Subscription and cancellation

We want subscribing to be simple and stopping to be just as easy.
How your subscription renews
- Card subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same day you first subscribed.
- Arizona ESA years are paid once for 12 months and don’t renew on their own (see below).
How to cancel
Sign in to your account and choose Update card, cancel, or pause. From there you can cancel, update your card, or change your billing details. You can also email us and we’ll take care of it for you.
Pausing
Need a break, like a busy summer? You can pause instead of cancelling. Paused months aren’t charged and no issue is mailed. If you don’t see the pause option in your account, just email us.
What happens after you cancel
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- You keep everything you’ve already paid for. Printed issues already paid for still ship, and your digital issues stay available through the end of your paid period.
- Payments already made aren’t refunded just because you cancel. See our refund policy for exceptions.
Arizona ESA orders
ESA orders aren’t card subscriptions and don’t renew automatically. About 30 days before your year ends, we’ll email you about renewing. To make changes, email us.
