Lasting Joy publishes a monthly Bible devotional magazine for children. We take the trust families place in us seriously. This policy explains what information we collect on lastingjoy.kids, how we use it, and the choices you have. Lasting Joy is a business name (DBA) of A Joyful Memory, which is responsible for the information described here.

Information we collect

How we use it

Children’s privacy

Lasting Joy is made for children, but our website is meant to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any child names or ages we receive come from a parent or guardian on the ESA form and are used only to fulfill that order. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run Lasting Joy: Stripe (payments), our email provider (account and order emails), our printer and shipping service (names and addresses for mailed issues), and our secure file storage (digital issues). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order records while your subscription is active and afterward as long as needed for bookkeeping, taxes, and resolving any issues. Sign-in codes expire after 30 minutes.

Your choices

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), store sign-in codes only in protected form, and keep digital issues behind your account. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, when the change affects subscribers, let you know by email.
