Lasting Joy Subscribe

Terms of service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply to the Lasting Joy website (lastingjoy.kids), our magazine subscriptions, and our digital issues. By subscribing, creating an account, or submitting an ESA request, you agree to these terms. Subscriptions must be purchased by an adult parent or guardian. Lasting Joy is a business name (DBA) of A Joyful Memory, and “we,” “us,” and “Lasting Joy” in these terms mean A Joyful Memory doing business as Lasting Joy.

The magazine

Lasting Joy is a monthly Bible devotional magazine for children ages 6–12. Each issue includes Bible lessons, devotionals, and activities. Topics and page counts may vary from issue to issue.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Gifts

Gift subscriptions are charged to the purchaser and shipped to the recipient’s address. Digital issues and account management stay with the purchaser’s account.

Arizona ESA orders

ESA orders are paid through the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account program, not by card. Your year begins once we receive the ESA payment. ESA years do not renew automatically; we’ll email you before your year ends.

Digital issues

Your subscription lets your household read the digital issues you’ve paid for in our online flipbook, and print the activity pages we provide, for your family’s personal use. Please don’t share, resell, or post the files publicly. Churches, schools, and co-ops that would like to use Lasting Joy with a group can contact us about group options.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your email account secure, since we send sign-in codes there. Please don’t try to access another family’s account or interfere with the site.

Ownership

All content in Lasting Joy, including text, illustrations, activities, and designs, is owned by Lasting Joy and protected by copyright. Scripture quotations are used under the terms of their respective publishers.

Disclaimer

Lasting Joy is a devotional resource for families. It is not a substitute for professional counseling or a complete school curriculum. We provide the magazine and website “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Lasting Joy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where the consumer protection laws of your state say otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of the page, and if a change affects your subscription, we’ll let you know by email.
